Neil Fast became president and CEO of Loewen in January 2023, leading the Steinbach, Manitoba manufacturer of premium wood window and door systems. A Winnipeg native, he spent much of his career in building products distribution, serving as president and Canadian general manager at Brock White and as regional vice president of White Cap Supply Canada. He holds a commerce degree from the University of Manitoba's Asper School of Business and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management.

Brian Miller is president and CEO of ProVia, the Sugarcreek, Ohio manufacturer of professional-class entry doors, windows, vinyl siding, manufactured stone, and metal roofing. He joined ProVia in 2006 after 17 years with a Fortune 500 manufacturer, became president in 2010, and added the CEO title following founder Bill Mullet's retirement. He holds an MBA from Ashland University and serves on the WDMA board of directors.

Stephan Moyon has led VELUX North America as president since 2020, overseeing more than 1,000 employees across manufacturing, distribution, and sales from the company's Fort Mill, South Carolina headquarters. He joined VELUX America in 1995 in customer service and sales, spent time with the group's marketing team in Copenhagen, then built the U.S. commercial product program from the ground up before becoming director of sales in 2006. He serves on the WDMA board of directors.

Andrea Nordaune is senior vice president, chief legal officer, and corporate secretary at Andersen Corporation, where she leads more than 25 professionals across legal, audit, procurement, compliance, and regulatory affairs and sits on the executive committee. She joined Andersen as a senior attorney in 2003 and was named to her current role in 2023, the first woman to hold it. She serves as vice chair and treasurer of the WDMA board of directors.

David Youn is president of the Outdoors business unit at Fortune Brands Innovations, leading Therma-Tru along with Larson, Fiberon, Fypon, and Solar Innovations. Appointed in February 2020, he previously led the company's Security business unit through a turnaround that delivered record sales and profit. He serves on the WDMA board of directors as its executive committee door representative.
